Ⅱ. 배지와 시약
A. Formula
Heart infusion agar, 2% solution 100mL
Potassium tellurite, 0.3% solution 15mL
L-Cystine 5mg
Sheep blood 5mL
B. Preparation
멸균된 heart infusion agar용액을 녹이고 45℃또는 50℃까지 얼린다.
